THE WHAT? NX Nivea Accelerator, the global beauty startup acceleration program of Beiersdorf, has announced the five winners of its annual start-up acceleration program.

THE DETAILS The third batch of beauty start-ups to join the program in Korea, the winners are rom&nd, PowderRoom, Kuoca, Picky and Lillycover. 

The successful applicants will begin their one-year acceleration program this month, and will receive customized benefits, including strategic partnership opportunities, exclusive office space, expert mentoring and access to Beiersdorf’s global network.

THE WHY? The NX program aims to foster co-innovation and strategic partnerships with the startups, and aims to become the number one beauty accelerator in Asia by 2022. 

Having recently expanded into China, the new region is said to help NX ‘foster a network of innovative beauty startups in the Asia region.’
